The infinity pool at this hotel was absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views and comfy sun beds. the location was perfect, close to everything but still far enough away from the noise of the city. the room was clean and breakfast was fantastic, providing excellent value for money.
My experience at this hotel was not a good one. the staff were rude and unhelpful, often ignoring our requests for basic amenities like toilet paper and towels.

This hotel boasts a great location, with the beautiful beach just a stone's throw away and easy access to the lively town center. Guests have enjoyed comfortable rooms with well-equipped facilities and breathtaking views of Koh Samui across the water. Friendly and helpful staff have received high praise, making this a great choice for families and couples looking for a peaceful, relaxing retreat.
One guest reported a lack of attention in terms of room cleaning, which may be an area for improvement.

During my stay at Sunset Beach Club, I was thoroughly impressed with the comfortable bed and the daily linens change. The beautiful large pools provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the shuttle service to the rooms was a great convenience for those with limited mobility. I also enjoyed the availability of internet TV and the always reliable hot water for showers. The kettle in the room and the nice size patio were added bonuses. Additionally, the delicious breakfast and the close proximity to Haad Rin beach made our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and close to the full moon party. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and serviced daily. I loved the shuttle bus service throughout the property, it was so convenient. The hotel has loads of facilities, although I didn't get to use them all in my short stay. The sunset views every evening were absolutely unbelievable. The food in the on-site restaurant was delicious as well.
The beach and sea at this place were not as friendly as I expected, there was a lot of garbage and stones. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

During my stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms equipped with a Kodi box for entertainment. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with four diverse swimming pools to choose from and being situated on the beach made for an enjoyable experience. The friendly staff provided me with excellent customer service throughout my stay, and the breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a variety of food options for guests to choose from. The hotel's location was also perfect, within walking distance to the full moon party but far enough to avoid disturbances from partygoers.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The spacious and sparkling clean rooms with beautiful views and comfortable beds were delightful. the infinity pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. the swim-up bar, the stunning lighting at night, and the loungers by the pool were all amazing touches. Plus, the hotel provided the guests with many activities such as taxi services and much more for a smooth stay.
We were quite disappointed with the location of the hotel as it's too far from places like town, restaurants, and bars.

During my recent stay at Sunset Beach Club, I was delighted to experience the most breathtaking sunset views. With four pools to choose from, I was able to relax and unwind in the beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect, allowing me to enjoy the beach and explore the area easily. The friendly staff, who may have limited English skills, were kind and accommodating. The hotel offered reasonable bike rentals, allowing me to explore the area at my own pace. Despite a few minor setbacks, such as outdated furniture and the need for room renovations, I found my stay to be enjoyable and would highly recommend Sunset Beach Club to others. I had a great time and will consider returning in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Beach Club in Ko Pha Ngan. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a lovely view. The highlight was definitely the pool, with its swim-up bar and vibrant lights at night. The staff, especially Rommel, were incredibly warm and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was close to the Full Moon party but still provided a peaceful refuge. Plus, having a convenience store right next to the hotel was super convenient.
The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection.

Had a great time over Christmas break at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The pools were amazing, well-maintained and had beautiful views. The location was perfect, close enough to town for easy access but also far enough away for some peace and quiet. Plus, the free shuttle to the nearby pier was a great added service that made our arrival stress-free. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi in the hotel.
The prices at the restaurant on the property were quite high compared to other options in the area, and the quality of the food was only average. the TV channels were limited for English speakers, and the selection of movies on the provided android box was quite small.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. the location was also great, with easy access to the nearby full moon beaches and their lively parties. the hotel had multiple swimming pools, ensuring that none of them were overcrowded, and it was easy to find a quiet spot to relax.
The hotel had several issues that really dampened our Christmas experience. there were a lot of stairs to navigate around the property, which was quite tiring and inconvenient.
